Must invest in Grenada in one of two ways:

• Contribute $200,000 USD to the National Transformation Fund (NTF), plus $25,000 for each additional applicant on the application (eg. A family of 4 would costs $275,000)
• Invest $350,000+ in an approved real estate venture

Program Requirements

Must invest in Grenada in one of three investment streams:

• $400,000+ USD purchase of a designated, officially approved real estate (can buy property jointly provided each applicant contributed a minimum of $400,000)

Program Requirements

• Dependents (husband, wife, partner, children under 18) are included in the visa

Program Requirements

Purchase of real estate

• Purchase price of €500,000 or more (or €400,000 if real estate is purchased in a sparsely populate territory with less than 100 inhabitants per sq.km or where GDP is below 75% of the national average per head.
• Investment can be by an independent entrepreneur or as a proprietor of a single member limited company, or purchased as a co-ownership provided the applicant invests €500,000 or more

Purchase of real estate, with construction dating back over 30 years or located in ‘urban recovery area’

• Purchase price of €350,000 or more – investment price includes refurbishment and building upgrades
• Purchase can be made by applicant as a sole entrepreneur, as the proprietor of a single member limited company, or as a co-owner provided the applicant invests €350,000 or more

Benefits

• Residence visa waiver for entering Portugal
• Live and work on Portugal, on condition will stay in Portugal for a minimum of 7 days in the first year and 14 days in the subsequent years
• Visa exemption for Schengen Area
• Apply for Portugal Permanent Residency (after 5 years) or Citizenship (after 6 years) once have met requirements set out in the Aliens Act 2007 and National Act respectively
